I've got the ailerons and flaps chanels sanded and ready to add the carbon

Adding the carbon to the Chanel with finishing epoxy

I make tape gutters to catch any dripping finishing epoxy while adding the carbon

It's a poor pic but the chanels look great after trimming off the extra carbon and a bit of sanding

I've added some custom Avia G-force carbon tapered torque tubes to the flaps

The torque tubes on the flaps are dry and will also double as a wiper on the flaps

the ailerons are next, they will need to be cut back on the bottom for proper clearance for down aileron but not much maybe an 1/8"

Servo bays cut & controll surfaces ready to be attached with 3m 5200 marine adhesive and tesa hinge tape

left wing hinges done

All hinges done and test fitting the servos

Uh oh?/Just when I was getting started I have to stop & go to the LEG Slope Festival,,,I'll pick it up here in a week.

All the servo's on this one get fully potted
