of course the wire harness is installed and completly tested at this point with all the servos centerd where I want them

4-40 flap push rods complete

4-40 aileron pushrods complete

all push rods done

the fuse is now routed out for the wiring harness

all 5 wing Joiners fitted at this point. Now to plug the spar tubes to keep the Joiners centerd

all of these Joiners had to be turned down on a Lathe to .617" and custom fit to the Joiner/spar tubes

Perfectly fitted with harness installed in the fuse now

Moving on to the tail

Here we are ready to glass bed the horizontal stab to designer's spec's +3/4 of a degree

Preping to Glass bed the virtical fin next

Fin curing after bedding it with glass

All tail fitting complete, time to install the elevator servo and linkage
